The Court: The petitioner/award-holder seeks a direction on the AB

Bank and ICICI Bank, in which the award-debtors have approximately 1.15

Million USD. A Co-ordinate Bench passed an order of injunction on the AB

Bank and ICICI Bank by way of an order dated 13th June, 2023 whereby the

Bank was restrained from alienating the money held on behalf of the judgment-

debtor and the judgment-debtor was also restrained from withdrawing any

amount from the said Bank account without leaving aside a sum of 1.15

Million USD. Learned counsel appearing for the award-holder submits that the

judgment-debtor was served at least twice including after the matter was

mentioned for enlistment. No one, however, appears for the judgment-debtor.

List this matter on 8th August, 2023 for the award-holder to serve the

judgment-debtor for one last time. Appropriate orders would be passed if the

judgment-debtor continues to be unrepresented.
