The Court:- The impugned order would reveal that the suit was
dismissed and an appeal against the aforesaid judgment/order has been
preferred. There is no ascertainment and/or determination of the court
fees leviable upon the memorandum of appeal. An explanation is offered
by the concerned Stamp Reporter that the memorandum of appeal was
not placed before him from the Central Filing Section and, therefore, the
determination could not be made.
Be that as it may, we direct the appellant to put in the deficit court
fees within a week from date.
List the matter after a week.
