and necessary corrections were directed to be made. However, in today's list

also the suit number has been wrongly mentioned as CS/65/2010 instead of

CS/37/2008. Thus, CS/65/2010 appearing in the day's list be read as

CS/37/2008.

Central Filing Section, Original Side, High Court, Calcutta is directed to

take appropriate steps so that the actual suit number being CS/37/2008 is

incorporated in the daily cause list.

Learned Registrar, Original Side is directed to look into the matter.
