                      This appeal is directed against a judgment and

              order    dated   November    14,    2022   whereby      the

              appellants' writ petition being WPA 23168 of 2022 was

              dismissed as being barred by the principles of res

              judicata.

                      Instead of having multiple hearings, we are

              inclined to hear out the appeal itself. We are told that

              the respondents were not called upon to file affidavits

by the learned Single Judge. Only the writ petition

was there before the learned Single Judge which has

been annexed to the application filed in this appeal.
