Mr. Rajesh Singh, learned advocate for the appellant submits that although on 9.9.2022 he made submission that the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order has been filed but that is not the actual state of affairs. The certified copy of the judgment and order is yet to be filed and he seeks accommodation.

In view of his aforesaid submission, let the matter appear on 4th November, 2022.
