Affidavits are taken on record on behalf of the

alleged contemnor Nos. 2 and 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the alleged

contemnor No. 1, being the Headmaster of the School,

prays for an opportunity to file a response to the

affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel

submits upon instructions that the first candidate in

the panel has taken a transfer and hence there is every

possibility of the petitioner being appointed to the post

of Assistant Headmaster subject to the approval of the

Director of School Education, Government of West

Bengal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that there has been a wilful and deliberate

violation of the Judgment passed by this Court on 4th

November, 2019.

After hearing learned counsel, it is necessary that

the stand of the Headmaster/alleged contemnor No. 1,

is brought on record. It should also be recorded that

counsel appearing for the said alleged contemnor No. 1

denies that there has been any wilful or deliberate

violation of the Judgment or any scope to do so.

List this matter on 10th June, 2022 as prayed for.
