also preferred a Cross Appeal being COT 32 of 2022

against the same judgment of the learned Single Judge.

He has served a copy thereof to the learned counsel for

the other side.

All the appeals are required to be heard

analogously. Hence, the matters are adjourned.

The interim order, passed on 27th of April, 2022,

will continue till the next date of hearing.

Since all the documents are stated to have been

filed in the matters, therefore, the preparation of paper
