A Coordinate Bench of this Court disposed of CRR 4019/2006 on 22nd November, 2019 directing the petitioners to furnish PR bond of Rs.2,000/- each before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur, Murshidabad. The petitioners were further directed to appear before the said Court once in a month for a period of six months. By filing the instant application it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that after the aforesaid order being passed by this Court the petitioners duly furnished PR Bond but subsequent to submission of PR bond, as a result of Covid Pandemic they could not attend the Court on each month as per direction passed by this Court in the aforesaid revisional application. On the other hand, they appeared before the Court intermittently and during the year 2020 they did not appear after 20th February, 2020. It is needless to say that by passing a judgment in MA 21/2021 the Hon'ble Supreme Court was pleased to condone the delay in respect of all

judicial proceedings during the period of Covid Pandemic. The dates on which the petitioners failed to appear fall within the period of Pandemic.

In view of such circumstances, it is open for the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur, Murshidabad to accept the appearance of the petitioners and he is at liberty to pass necessary order in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the instant application is disposed of.
