The Court : The judgment-debtor is represented and prays for an

accommodation to file his Affidavit of Assets. It appears that notwithstanding the

order dated 8th December, 2021, no Affidavit of Assets has been filed till date.

However, as a last chance, the time to file An Affidavit of Assets is

extended by a period of three weeks from date.

Let this matter appear on 8th February, 2022. In the meantime, the

judgment debtor is directed to file his Affidavit of Assets positively and serve a

copy thereof to the decree-holder prior to the returnable date.
