Mr. Sayantan Bose, learned Counsel representing the

respondents/decree-holders submits that the appellants

have not complied with the order dated 10th July, 2019.

The appellants are not represented.

The appeal is arising out of a decree for eviction.

Let this matter be listed on 13th January, 2022.

An appropriate notice be served upon Mr. Amar Nath

Agarwal, learned Counsel representing the appellants

intimating the date. In the event the appellants are not

represented on the adjourned date, the appeal shall be

disposed of in absence of the appellants on the basis of

the materials available on record.

We also make it clear that in the event the

occupational charges have not deposited in terms of our

order dated 10th July, 2019, the decree-holders shall be at

liberty to execute the decree.

The supplementary paper book containing the

memorandum of appeal from original decree and judgment

is taken on record and is made part of the original paper

book.

A copy of the supplementary paper book may be

served upon Mr. Amar Nath Agarwal, Advocate in the

meantime.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order

duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
