The Court : This is an application for effecting a change of name of the decree-

holder.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the name the decree-holder has

changed and is now 'Poonawalla Fincorp Limited'.

In view of the aforesaid, let there be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the

Master's Summons.

Let this matter appear on 14th March, 2022.

In the meantime, the Department is directed to take all necessary steps.

The Department is also directed to carry out the aforesaid amendments in terms

of prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons within a period of four weeks from date.

The decree-holder is directed to serve a copy of the amended application on the

judgment-debtors and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.

In view of the aforesaid, GA/1/2022 stands disposed of.
