The Court: This is an application for execution of an award dated 11th April,

2019. The award is for a sum of approximately Rs.24.57 lakhs. It is submitted on

behalf of the decree-holder that the award is final, binding and enforceable. It is

further submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the award directs the

judgment-debtor to deliver back the vessel being D. B. Pranam to the decree-holder.

The judgment-debtor is represented and prays for direction to file affidavits.

Let this matter appear on 24th January, 2022.

In the meantime, the judgment-debtor is directed to inform this Court the

whereabouts as to the aforesaid vessel.
