submitted on behalf of the applicant that during the pendency of this execution

proceeding, the decree has been assigned in favour of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

In view of relief sought for by the decree-holder, let there be an order in terms of

prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons.

With the aforesaid directions, GA/3/2022 stands disposed of.

Let EC/167/2019 appear on 29 March 2022.

The decree-holder is directed to serve a copy of the amended execution

proceeding on the judgment-debtors prior to the returnable date and file an Affidavit of

Service on the returnable date.
