2021 the judgment debtor was directed to file their Affidavit-of-Asset. It is

submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that no Affidavit-of-Asset has been filed

till date. In view of the aforesaid, the decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on

the judgment debtor as well as the Advocate appearing on their behalf, inter-alia,

informing them of the returnable date.

As a last chance, the time to file Affidavit-of-Asset is extended by a period

of two weeks from date. Let this matter appear on 15 March, 2022. The decree-

holder is directed to file their Affidavit-of-Service on the returnable date.
