The Court : By an order dated 29 September, 2021, the judgment debtor

was directed to file their Affidavit-of-Asset. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-

holder that service has not yet been effected on the judgment debtor no. 1. It is

also submitted that those the judgment debtor no. 2 has received notice of this

application. No Affidavit-of-Assets has yet been filed by the judgment debtor no.

2.

None appears on behalf of the judgment debtor nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf. As a last chance, the time to file the Affidavit of Assets

is extended for both the judgment debtors by a period of three weeks from date.

In the meantime, the decree-holder is also directed to effect service on the

judgment debtor no. 1.

Let this matter appear on 21 March, 2022. The decree-holder is directed to

serve a fresh notice on both the judgment debtors and file an Affidavit-of-Service

on the returnable date.
