The Court:- The matter is mentioned at the instance of the petitioner. It is

pointed out that there has been an inadvertent mistake. By an order dated 10th

February, 2022, this Court had directed issuance of warrants of arrest against

the judgment-debtors for non-compliance.

It is brought to the attention of this Court that the judgment-debtor no. 2

is a lady and the warrant of arrest should only have been issued against the

judgment-debtor no. 1.

The order dated 10th February, 2022 is modified to the extent that the

warrant of arrest be issued only against the judgment-debtor no. 1.

The order dated 10th February, 2022 is modified to the aforesaid limited

extent. The warrant of arrest is extended by a period of six weeks from date.

The returnable date is also extended till 21st March, 2022.
