It appears that the appeal has already been disposed of by

judgment dated 8th January, 2016 of the Hon'ble Division Bench

comprising of Girish Chandra Gupta and Asha Arora, JJ. (as Their

Lordships then were). In spite of the same the appeal is shown to be

pending in the docket of this Court. We note with regret that in spite

of the order dated 26.09.2019 directing the department to delete the

appeal from the pending list the department has ignored the order.

Therefore, as a last chance we direct Registry to ensure that this

appeal should not be shown as pending in the docket of this Court

and such direction shall be scrupulously followed not only in this case

and also in other cases where identical orders are passed.
