The Court:- The Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the decree-holder be

kept with the records. It appears from the said affidavit that, the judgment-

debtors have refused to accept service of notice.

By an order dated 20th January, 2022 the judgment debtors had been

directed to file their Affidavit of Assets.

In view of the deliberate non-compliance of the judgment-debtors and the

refusal on their part to even accept service of notice, let warrants of arrest be

issued against the judgment debtor nos. 1 and 2.

The matter is made returnable on 22nd March, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-

debtor nos. 1 and 2 before this Court on or before the returnable date.
