The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that service has

been effected on all the judgment-debtors. None appears on behalf of the

judgment-debtors nor is any accommodation prayed for on their behalf.

Notwithstanding an order dated 21st January, 2022, the judgment-debtors were

directed to file their Affidavit of Assets, no Affidavit of Assets has yet been filed

by the judgment-debtors.

In view of the aforesaid and as a last chance, the time to file the Affidavit

of Assets is extended by a period of two weeks from date.

Let this matter appear on 14th March, 2022.

It is made clear that in default of filing of the Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate order for warrants of arrest would be issued against the judgment-

debtors.
