The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding repeated attempts they have been unable to effect service on the

judgment-debtor.

The Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the decree-holder be kept with the

records.

The decree-holder is directed to effect substituted service by way of

publishing an advertisement in two newspapers, one in a vernacular daily and

one in an English newspaper of wide circulation in the local jurisdiction where

the judgment debtors reside.

Let this matter appear on 21st March, 2022.

In the meantime, the decree-holder is also directed to file an Affidavit of

Service on the returnable date.
