BEFORE:
The Hon'ble JUSTICE RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR
Date : 7th February, 2022 Appearance:
Mr. Ranjit Singh, Adv.
Mrs. Tutul Das Singh, Adv.
Ms. Pooja Sett, Adv.
The Court: Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the decree-holder be kept
with the records. It appears from the said affidavit that service has been
effected on all the judgment-debtors. I find by an order dated 7th January,
2022 that this Court had directed an order in terms of prayers (b) and (i) of the
Tabular Statement.
None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any accommodation
prayed for on their behalf.
In view of the fact that there is deliberate non-compliance with the earlier
orders of Court, there shall be an order in terms of payer (e) of the Tabular
Statement.
In view of the aforesaid, let a warrant of arrest be issued in terms of prayer
(e) against the judgment-debtor no. 2.
The matter is made returnable on 7th March, 2022.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the
local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due
execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-
debtor no. 2 before this Court on or before the returnable date.
