The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the date for
execution of the warrants of arrest had expired and the same be extended for a
period of eight weeks from date.
In view of the aforesaid, the returnable date for the warrants of arrest is
extended for a period of eight weeks from date.
The Warrants of Arrest are made returnable after eight weeks from date.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the
local police station are directed to implement this order and ensure due
execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment debtors
before this Court on or before the returnable date.
The Superintendent of Police is directed to file a report as to why the
warrants of arrest have not been executed till date.
