The judgment-debtor is produced under arrest. The judgment-debtor

this Court. Accordingly, the warrant of arrest issued against the judgment-

debtor stands discharged.

Liberty is granted to the parties to mention this matter before the

Regular Bench.

The Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor is directed

to serve a copy of the Affidavit of Assets on the Advocate appearing on behalf

of the decree-holder prior to the returnable date.
