The Court : The decree holder files a copy of GA/1/2021 which is being

taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor seeks for an

accommodation and contends that his client will vacate the premises within 28th

February, 2023 and to that extent, his client will submit an undertaking by way

of an affidavit.

The judgment debtor is directed to file an undertaking in the form of an

affidavit within seven days.

Let the execution application along with GA/1/2021 appear on 9th

December, 2022 for passing further order.
