This matter has been listed at the instance of

the learned Advocate for the appellant for correction in the

judgment and order dated 25th July, 2022.

In third paragraph of second page of the said

judgment and order, the year of the writ petition shall be

read as "WPA 5082 of 2020" instead of "WPA 5082 2021".

Further, in first paragraph of fifth page of the

said judgment and order, the year of the writ petition shall

be read as "WPA 5082 of 2020" instead of "WPA 5082

2022".

This order shall form part of the said judgment

and order dated 25th July, 2022.

applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon

compliance of all legal formalities.
