holder and prays for liberty to serve a notice on the judgment-debtors.

This is application for execution of an award dated 6 June 2016. It is

submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the award has become final,

binding and enforceable.

In view of the aforesaid, the Department is directed to effect service on

all the judgment-debtors in terms of Order 21 Rule 22(1) of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908.

The Department is directed to comply with the aforesaid direction within

a period of four weeks from date and also file a Report on the returnable

date.
