The Court:- None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors. The decree-

holder is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there

has been no compliance with the order of this Court dated 6 th February, 2020

and the judgment-debtors have failed to file their affidavit of assets in terms of

Form 16A, Appendix E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

In view of the aforesaid, the time to file the affidavit of assets is extended by

a period of eight weeks from date.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of December, 2021. In default of

filing of such assets, appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be issued

against the judgment-debtors. The decree-holder is directed to intimate the

judgment-debtors forthwith of the passing of this order.
