The Court: The decree-holder is represented. None appears on behalf of the

judgment-debtors. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding a direction dated 1st August, 2018, the judgment-debtors have

failed to file the affidavit of assets.

In view of the aforesaid, as a last opportunity the time to file the affidavit of

assets is extended by a period of eight weeks from date.

The matter is made returnable on 2nd December, 2021.

The decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on the judgment-debtors

informing them of the passing of this order and file affidavit of assets in Form

16A Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on the returnable date.
