The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the warrant

of arrest against the judgment-debtor no. 1 has not been executed till date in

terms of the earlier orders of Court.

In view of aforesaid, the returnable date of warrant of arrest is extended by

a period of two months from date. Alternatively a fresh warrant of arrest be

issued in compliance with the earlier orders of Court.

The matter is made returnable on 23rd November 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of arrest

and production of the judgment-debtor no. 1 before this Court on or before the

returnable date.
