notwithstanding several opportunities, the judgment-debtor has failed to file

any affidavit of assets in terms of the earlier order of Court. The time to file

affidavit of assets by the judgment-debtor is extended by a period of four weeks

from date.

In the meantime, as a last opportunity the judgment-debtor is directed to

file their affidavit of assets. The decree-holder is directed to communicate this

order to the Advocates appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor as well as

the judgment-debtor personally and file an affidavit of service on the

returnable date.
