The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated

December 30, 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there

has been no challenge to the award and the same has become final, binding

and enforceable.

In view of the aforesaid, the decree-holder is directed to effect service on all

the judgment-debtors within a period of two weeks from date by registered

speed post with acknowledgement due and file an affidavit of service on the

returnable date.

In the meantime, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Tabular

Statement. In default, appropriate warrants of arrest would be issued against

the judgment-debtors.

The matter is made returnable on 18th November, 2021.
