It has been submitted by both the parties that the facts and the points of

law in the present writ petition are similar to the facts and points of law in the

matter of Mrityunjoy Garang & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.;

WPA No.14013 of 2021.

In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA No.14010 of 2021 is

disposed of with the same observations in WPA 14013 of 2021.

WPA No. 14010 of 2021 stands dismissed.

supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
