Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya, learned counsel ably assisted by Ms. Pampa Dey((Dhabal) learned advocate, appear on behalf of the writ petitioners and make submission in support of the case made out for approval of the writ petitioners as an Assistant Teachers of Gholla N.H.M High Madrasah, P.O. Milki, P. S. Saktipur, District. Murshidabad.

. Mr. Bhattacharya has relied upon order of the Supreme Court dated January 6, 2020 which contains only operative part at page 87 to 89 of the writ petition.

This courts requests Mr. Bhattacharya to place the judgment of the Supreme Court before this court on the adjourned date.

The matter stands adjourned till next Friday i.e. September 10, 2021 under the same heading.
