The Court: The decree-holder is represented.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that notwithstanding the order

dated December 11, 2018 the warrants of arrest issued against the judgement-

debtors have not yet been executed.

In view of the aforesaid, let fresh warrants of arrest be issued against the

judgment-debtors. The time to file the affidavits of assets is also extended till the

returnable date.

The matter is made returnable on November 16, 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest and

production of the judgment-debtors before this Court on or before the returnable

date.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police is also directed to file a report as to

why the warrants of arrest issued against the judgment-debtors had not yet been

executed till date.
