            The Court : This is an application under Order XIII-A of The

     Commercial Courts Act, 2015 for Summary Judgment. Since Order XIII-A

     Rule 4 (3) gives the liberty to a respondent to file a reply within 30 days of

receipt of the notice of application, the respondent is given liberty to file

its Reply.

It may be noted that the application was received by the concerned

department of the Government on 30th August, 2021. The Reply to be filed

within a week after Court convenes in November, 2021.
