The Court : Pursuant to an order dated 7 th September, 2021, the Deputy

Sheriff has filed a Report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Metiabruz Police

Station and the Officer-in-Charge, Shakespeare Sarani Police Station. It appears

from the said Report that one Sajid Malik, Officer-in-Charge could not trace the

judgment-debtors. The Officer-in-Charge, Shakespeare Sarani Police Station is

directed to be present on 29th September, 2021 at 11 A.M before the Court.

Let this matter appear as a "Specially Fixed Matter" on 29 th September,

2021.

Mr. Paritosh Sinha, Advocate for the State of West Bengal is requested to

ensure compliance with this order.

In the meantime, a final opportunity is granted to the concerned Officer-in-

Charge of the respective Police Stations to ensure presence of the judgment-

debtors.
