The Court : The decree-holder is represented. It is submitted on behalf

of the decree-holder that notwithstanding directions for filing of Affidavit of

Assets, the judgment-debtors have failed, refused and neglected to file any

Affidavit of Assets.

In view of the aforesaid, as a last chance liberty is given to the

judgment-debtors to file their Affidavit of Assets in Form No.16 A, Appendix-E

of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 within eight weeks from date. In default of

filing of such Affidavit of Assets, appropriate orders for issuance of warrant of

arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

This matter is made returnable in the monthly list of December, 2021.

In the meantime, the decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on the

judgment-debtors informing them of the returnable date and file an Affidavit of

Service on the returnable date.
