The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the order dated 21st November, 2019 the warrant of arrest has

not yet been executed against the judgment-debtor no. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the time to execute the warrant of arrest is

extended by a period of eight weeks from date.

The matter is made returnable on 15th November, 2021.

Alternatively fresh warrant of arrest be issued against the judgment-debtor

no. 2.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-debtor no. 2 on the returnable

date.
