The Court: Affidavit evidencing substituted service in terms of the order

dated 6th February, 2020 be kept with the records.

Notwithstanding service having been effected on the judgment debtors,

none appears on behalf of the judgment debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

In view of the aforesaid, let there be an order in terms of the prayer (a) of

the Tabular Statement.

The judgment debtors are directed to file the affidavit of assets within a

period of eight weeks from date.

It is made clear that in default of filing of such affidavit of assets,

appropriate orders of warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment

debtors.

The matter is made returnable in the Monthly List of December, 2021.

The decree-holder is directed to effect service of a fresh notice on the

judgment debtors and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
