The Court: EC No.335 of 2019 is an application for execution of an award dated

December 24, 2018. The judgment-debtor is represented and relies on an order dated

October 6, 2020 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in APO No.77 of 2020 whereby the

award dated December 24, 2018 has been stayed.

In view of the aforesaid, no purpose would be served in keeping this application alive.

Accordingly, EC No.335 of 2019 along with all connected interlocutory applications

stand disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file an execution application afresh in

accordance with law if the circumstances so warrant. Liberty is also granted to the decree-

holder to take back the original certified copy of the award dated December 24, 2018 upon

furnishing a photocopy thereof.
