at a price of Rs.4,52,500/- is filed in Court. Let a copy of the offer be kept with

the record.

It appears that there is also a bank draft Rs.90,500/- dated 24 June

2021 which has been submitted with the offer.

The Receiver is directed to send a copy of such offer on the decree-

holder and as well as the judgment-debtor and file an Affidavit of Service on

the returnable date.

The matter is made returnable on 7 October 2021. In the meantime, the

Receiver and the decree-holder are directed to file an Affidavit of Service

intimating the judgment-debtor of the offer received by the Receiver.
