The Court: The decree-holder is represented and submits that

notwithstanding the earlier directions of this Court, the judgment-debtors have

failed and refused to file their affidavits of assets in Form No.16A of Appendix - E

of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

In view of the aforesaid, as a last chance, liberty is granted to the

judgment-debtors to file their affidavits of assets as per the earlier directions of

this Court within a period of eight weeks from date. In default of filing of such

affidavits of assets, appropriate orders for warrants of arrest would be issued

against the judgment-debtors.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of December, 2021.

In the meantime, the decree-holder is directed to communicate this order

to the judgment-debtors by registered post with acknowledgment due and file an

affidavit of service on the returnable date.
