The Court:- This is an application for execution of a decree dated 30 th

January, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the decree has

become final, binding and enforceable and there is no challenge pending against

the same. The decree is for a sum of Rs.13,61,865/-. Accordingly, it is prayed

that a direction be passed on the judgment debtors to file their affidavit of assets.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree-holder, let there be

an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Tabular Statement.

It is made clear that in default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment

debtors.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of December, 2021.

The decree-holder is directed to forthwith issue a notice on the judgment

debtors informing them of the passing of this order and also serve a copy of the

execution application on them.

The decree-holder is also directed to file an affidavit of service on the

returnable date.
