The Court: The original records of the arbitration proceeding be

kept with the Advocate on Record of the decree holder.

The Department is directed to issue a notice under Order 21 Rule 22

[1] of the Code of Civil Procedure. The judgment debtors are directed to file

their Affidavit of Assets in terms of prayer [b] of the Notice of Motion within

four weeks from date.

In default, appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be issued

against the judgment debtors.

In the meantime, the decree holder is also directed to serve a notice

on the judgment debtors informing them of the passing of the order and file

an affidavit of service on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of December, 2021.
