This is an application for clarification of the judgment

and order dated April 07, 2021 disposing the connected

revisional applications. This Court does not feel any

clarification of the said judgment and order, as suggested

by the present application, is necessary.

CAN 1 of 2021 is therefore, dismissed without any order

as to costs.

Mr. Aniruddha Chatterjee, learned advocate submits

that the argument on behalf of his clients, the appellants of

the appeal out of which the revisional applications arose

has been concluded.

In view of the said submission of Mr. Chatterjee, the

Appeal Court below is requested to close the argument of

the parties and fix a date for delivery of judgment of the

said appeal.
