Call for Lower Court Records. The appellants/petitioners have prayed for confirmation of interim bail which was granted by the learned Trial Judge after pronouncement of sentence under Section 389(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Heard the learned advocate for the petitioners. perused the memorandum of appeal as well as the impugned judgment. The interim bail granted by the learned Trial Jude on 7 th September, 2021 be confirmed till the disposal of the appeal.
