The Court: In spite of substituted service the judgment debtor is not

represented nor he has filed any affidavit of assets.

Under such circumstances, warrant of arrest be issued against the judgment

debtor no.2. The said warrant is made returnable on 17.01.2022. It will, however, be

open to the judgment debtor to file his affidavit of assets within eight weeks from date

and mention the matter for discharge of the warrant.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure the execution of the warrant and production

of the judgment debtor on the returnable date.

The Deputy Sheriff shall communicate this order to the jurisdictional

Superintendent of Police for immediate compliance.
