It appears from the earlier orders of Court that despite repeated opportunities, the

judgment-debtor has failed to comply with any of the earlier orders of Court and has also

not filed any Affidavit of Assets.

In view of the deliberate default on the part of the judgment-debtor, let a warrant

of arrest be issued against the judgment-debtor. The warrant of arrest is made

returnable on or before 15 December, 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local

police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of arrest and

production of the judgment-debtor before this Court on or before the returnable date.
