The Court: The judgment-debtor no. 1 is produced under arrest. The

judgment-debtor no. 1 has given an undertaking that he shall be present as and

when directed by this Court. Accordingly, the warrant of arrest issued against the

judgment-debtor no. 1 stands discharged.

Accordingly, the judgment-debtor no. 1 shall file his Affidavit of Assets

in Form No.16A of Appendix - E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and shall

remain present for examination on the returnable date.

The judgment-debtor no.1 is also directed to serve a copy of the Affidavit of

Assets on the Advocate appearing on behalf of the decree-holder prior to

the returnable date.

The Sub-Inspector of Md. Bazar Police Station is present in Court. His

presence is dispensed with. The decree-holder is also directed to communicate the

passing of this order to both the judgment debtors forthwith.

Let this matter appear on 13 December 2021 under the heading for

examination of the judgment debtor.
