Mr. Mounick Ghosh, learned counsel for the

respondent no. 6 submits that there is similar writ petition

being no. W.P.A. 9873 of 2021 pending in the list of Hon'ble

Justice Debangsu Basak. Accordingly, accommodation of

time has been sought for with the submission that the said

case with the present case being listed in serial number 5 be

heard together as both the cases can be heard analogously as

by a common judgment both the writ applications can be

decided.
